Orders and Shipping
How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website by selecting your desired products, choosing the correct size, and completing the checkout process using one of our secure online payment methods.
Yes, free shipping is available on all orders above INR 999. Orders below INR 999 will incur a standard delivery fee INR 99.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Please contact our customer support team during business hours to request modifications.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To qualify for return, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Our team will assist you during business hours.
Products marked as “Final Sale” or offered in clearance sections are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) after the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking.
No, we currently do not provide the option for Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid at checkout using available online payment methods.

We make every effort to ensure that product images accurately represent the colors. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting and individual screen display settings.

At the moment, we do not provide gift wrapping or custom packaging services.
