Return & Exchange Policy
At Elite India Exports, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience seamless. If something isn't quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Returns are not accepted for items marked final sale or non-returnable on the product page. - To initiate a return, please email us at support@mylovefashion.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
Sign in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for size-related issues on eligible products. Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or process a return based on your preference.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Important Notes
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
